Is your skin missing its natural glow lately? Looking or feeling a little dull? No worries! That is completely normal to need to change up our routines, vitamins, or watch what we eat. Here are a few tips to keep your skin healthy inside and out this summer!
Tip #1: Stimulate Your Skin
Are you properly applying your skin care products? Sometimes we are not properly washing our face with the right scrub patterns or facial tools. Try finding a soft face scrubber to help remover dead skin without scratching or destroying your skin and pores. Usually a loofa is a little too harsh, but a soft cloth should do the trick. Make sure to hydrate your skin with Facial Oil after exfoliating.
Tip #2: Fluids!
I am not just talking about just drinking water. There are so many fruits and veggies that provide natural forms of hydration. For example there is watermelon, melon, celery, tomatoes, coconut water, and grapes just to name a few! Find your perfect balance of eating those foods daily.
Tip #3: Protect Your Skin
Use sunscreen. Everyone's skin is sensitive to the powerful sun. Make sure to apply at least SPF 15 every day with your moisturizer to prevent skin dulling, skin cancer, and sebum imbalances!
